Privacy notice

When you create an account, SayOnce processes your name, email address, account identifiers and the date your account was created. The signup record also includes the versions of the Beta Terms, this Privacy Notice and the beta-service email notice shown when you registered.

SayOnce is hosted on Vercel. Account data and saved memories are stored in Supabase. Voice recordings and questions are processed by OpenAI as described below. Service emails may be delivered through Supabase or Resend.

Your account email is used for authentication, security and messages needed to operate the beta service. Creating an account does not subscribe you to optional beta updates or feedback invitations. Those emails require the separate unchecked opt-in on the signup form, and you can opt out by replying to a SayOnce email.

In the beta app, a recording is sent to OpenAI when the account holder starts a voice action. SayOnce uses the recording to create a transcript. A spoken Capture is saved automatically in Supabase after SayOnce detects that the account holder has finished speaking. A typed Capture is stored only after Save to memory is selected.

Ask sends the question and saved memory context to OpenAI so SayOnce can understand natural phrasing and return an answer grounded in those memories.

SayOnce does not store the audio recording after transcription. Saved transcripts, memories and account settings remain in Supabase until you delete them or delete your account.

The in-app beta feedback form stores only the answers you choose to write. SayOnce links the submission to your account so feedback can be understood and followed up, and does not attach your saved memories or recordings to the form.

You can delete individual memories or your full account inside SayOnce. Account deletion removes the account and its associated product data. For another privacy request, contact the founder through the channel where you found the beta announcement until a dedicated support address is active.
